				Peter was very nice and kept us informed about everything! Confirmed our house inspection right away and even emailed us the night before the inspection. After the inspection he gave us a packet with recommendations for plumbers, electricians, etc. as well as a handwritten card thanking us personally for our business. He’s very thorough and is very kind and professional! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

				Blue guardian home inspection is great! Peter did a great job on two separate properties for me. He was very detailed and made sure to give the most information he could on the properties I was looking to purchase. His reports are easy to understand with great photos.
