He waited patiently until we were done talking with other contractors so that we could go through everything from his report in detail. His report even had good information like what repairs were needed and what type of contractor to look for to do the repairs. It also had sections outlining homeowner maintenance responsibilities and tips. His attitude was great and he wasn’t pushy with trying to upsell on anything. With Blue Guardian, it was completely hassle-free—I just logged in, answered a few easy questions, got the quote right away, and scheduled online. The inspector was incredibly thorough and spent extra time to make sure nothing was missed. They checked appliances, systems, and even found little things like screw pops that we never would’ve thought to look for. Throughout the inspection, they kept us updated, explaining what they were finding and what to expect in the detailed report. The report itself was excellent—super detailed and easy to understand.
