Peter was great to work with! He did a post-inspection walkthrough with us at the home and explained everything that may need to be addressed. The inspection report was very thorough and was sent to us within two days of the inspection. We highly recommend working with Peter!

From the first phone call to Blue Guardian, to the scheduling of the inspection and the inspection itself, I was very impressed with the professionalism and careful work. The report was very detailed and clear. Peter who performed the inspection was very serious about his work, while still making me feel very comfortable and informed. Peter was absolutely amazing! We are very thankful to have had Blue Guardian Home Inspections help us with our first home inspection. Peter was there before the scheduled time and was very thorough and honest when explaining everything to us. He took his time inspecting the home from the outside to the inside of the home. We felt that during the entire inspection, he was very precise, and did not rush through the inspection. Peter was very kind and patient with us; being our first home, we had lots of questions, and he made sure he answered everything with detail and made sure we understood.
